Privacy
Droplis has no accounts, no ads, no purchases and no cookies. Nothing follows you across apps or websites. This page is for the game at droplis.lalo.li and the Droplis app for iPhone and iPad.
What stays on your device
Your progress (levels, stars, the daily board) and your settings are saved on your device only. They are never sent anywhere. Reset everything in Settings forgets all of it, your progress and every setting, and the game starts as on a first visit. Clearing the site's data in your browser or deleting the app removes it too.
What we count
While Play counts is switched on in Settings, the game counts:
- that the game opened, and your furthest level
- how many new or made over levels an update brought you
- levels started, cleared, cleared with a hint, or missed, with the stars and how many Droplis popped
- hints, and the daily board
- the size of your screen
- whether the sound started
- that the game hit an error, and where in its code
- on an iPhone or iPad in a browser: when the game said it is an app, and a tap on the App Store badge
Each count is an event name and a few small numbers, sent to droplis.lalo.li. A count carries no name, no account, no device ID and no advertising ID, and nothing that tells one player from another. The counts are added up to see where levels are too hard, whether the sound works and where the game breaks; they are never linked to you and never sold or shared.
Switch Play counts off in Settings and counting stops at once.
Who delivers the game
The website and the counts are delivered by Cloudflare. As with every website, your device's IP address is used to deliver the page; we do not store it with the counts. Cloudflare's own policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Children
The game asks for no personal information and collects none, from anyone.
